Job Description

McDonald's is seeking a Technical Product Analyst to join their Global Technology team in Mexico City. The role involves supporting the technical product management team in delivering data and technology solutions end-to-end. Responsibilities include working with product teams to deliver data solutions within specific product areas, understanding the TRIRIGA application, and collaborating with business and solutions architects to design data solutions for business requirements. The analyst will also gain knowledge of peripheral integrations with systems like Oracle Integration Cloud or MuleSoft and understand integration solutions using middleware.
Must have:
  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Support experience
  • Programming experience with Java/.net
  • Agile Product Management knowledge
  • Middleware platform knowledge (Oracle OIC/MuleSoft)
  • SQL and reporting experience
  • PowerBI and Excel experience
  • Excellent communication skills
Good to have:
  • Understanding of peripheral integrations
  • Team lead/people skills

Job Description

•Support the technical product management team to drive end-to-end product delivery of data and technology solutions.

•Work with product teams to support the delivery of data solutions within a specific product area.

•Apply product domain knowledge and partner with business, technical product teams, and delivery teams to ensure value delivery.

•Gain a deep understanding of the TRIRIGA application and work towards understanding business goals and challenges, including end-user needs.

•Collaborate with Business and Solutions Architects in helping end-to-end data solutions for business requirements and challenges.

•Quickly learn and understand the peripheral (inbound/outbound) integration of TRIRIGA or Property Management systems like Supplier, Customer, Site, Sale, Financial Systems, etc., for designing end-to-end solutions.

•Understand integration solutions using middleware such as Oracle Integration Cloud, MuleSoft, or similar platforms.

Qualifications

  •  3 -5 years of experience
  •  Support experience
  •  Programming experience with at least one modern language such as Java, .net · Experience with Agile Product Management methods and terminology.
  •  Knowledge of middleware platforms such as Oracle Integration Cloud, MuleSoft, or similar.
  •  Experience in writing SQLs and reports.
  •  PowerBI and Excel experience.
  •  Team lead, people skills.
  •  Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both business and IT teams.
