Job Description

Tencent Cloud seeks a Senior Business Development Manager specializing in the Hong Kong Finance industry. Responsibilities include developing and executing business strategies to boost revenue and market share for Tencent Cloud products and services in Hong Kong's financial sector. This role necessitates building and maintaining strong client and channel partner relationships (ISVs, distributors, resellers, system integrators). Collaboration with internal teams (pre-sales, marketing, product management) is crucial. The ideal candidate possesses 15+ years of experience in IT sales and business development within the financial industry, a strong understanding of cloud technology, and excellent communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. The position requires driving revenue growth and staying abreast of industry trends and competitive landscapes.
Must have:
  • Drive revenue growth in HK Finance industry
  • Build strong client & partner relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams
  • 15+ years IT sales experience in Finance
  • Strong cloud technology understanding
  • Fluent Cantonese, Mandarin, English
Good to have:
  • Tencent Cloud certification
  • Relevant cloud certifications

Job Details

Responsibilities
  • 1.Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and market share for Tencent Cloud products and services in HK Finance industry segment. 2.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners, including ISV, distributors, resellers, and system integrators. 3.Collaborate with internal teams, including pre-sales, marketing, and product management, to ensure alignment and support for the business strategies. 4.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and differentiation in our business strategies.
Requirements
  • 1.Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Marketing, or related field. 2.15+ years proven track record in sales and business development of IT products & services, in Financial segment. 3.Strong understanding of cloud technology and market trends, equipped with Cloud certification will be an advantage. 4.Proven track record of driving revenue growth in the IT industry. 5.Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills, with fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and English language capability for business purpose. 6.Ability to travel as needed to meet with client, partners and attend industry events.
