Job Description

The Business Management Coordinator will support senior leaders with administrative and operational affairs. This includes producing and analyzing reports, strategic planning, arranging meetings and events, managing strategic initiatives, and communication. Responsibilities include implementing the international strategy across Asia, performing data analysis, conducting market trend assessments, coordinating project logistics, collaborating with various departments, developing and monitoring KPIs, preparing reports and presentations, developing marketing materials, managing communication, and taking detailed notes during meetings. The role requires a proactive mindset, strong project and time management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Business Management team at Marsh & McLennan Asia Business Services (MMABS). This role will be based in our Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working as per respective team's arrangement.

Business Management Coordinator

             

Overview

Business management Coordinators support senior leaders with administrative and operational affairs to ensure that the business runs smoothly and efficiently. This includes producing and analyzing regular reporting, strategic planning, arranging meetings and events, managing strategic initiatives, communications and project management.

We will count on you to:

  • Assist the leader and team in implementing the International strategy across Asia.
  • Perform data analysis and evaluate the financial impact of strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct market trend assessments and analyze competitive landscapes.
  • Coordinate project logistics and activities with guidance from the manager.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment and effective execution of initiatives.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess strategy effectiveness.
  • Support the manager in preparing detailed reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in developing and tailoring marketing materials for different regional markets.
  • Ensure quality assurance in editing materials and assist in their distribution.
  • Manage communication on behalf of the regional team.
  • Take detailed notes during meetings to document key points, decisions, and action items.
  • Proactively seek opportunities for skill development and capability enhancement.
