Ninja Xpress is a leading last-mile delivery service in Indonesia, supporting local SMEs since 2015. This Field Sales Executive role involves identifying and developing new social commerce customers, primarily MSMEs and online sellers, through direct calls and meetings. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, closing sales, managing accounts, and collaborating with the team to achieve targets. The role requires strong communication, a target-oriented mindset, and proficiency in sales and customer management.
Must have:
  • Search for and develop potential customers in the social commerce market
  • Make direct calls to potential customers, especially MSMEs or online sellers
  • Schedule sales meetings with potential customers
  • Seek important information from potential customers
  • Follow industry trends, market activities, and competitors
  • Manage key customer accounts
  • Close sales and maintain good relationships with customers
  • Manage communication and relationships with customers
  • Prepare reports from collected and analyzed data
  • Collaborate in a team to achieve targeted results

Job Responsibilities

  • Search for and develop potential customers in the social commerce market
  • Make direct calls to potential customers, especially MSMEs or online sellers
  • Schedule sales meetings with potential customers
  • Seek important information from potential customers such as decision-makers, specific needs, and the best solutions the company can offer
  • Follow industry trends, market activities, and competitors to improve services or offer new services
  • Manage key customer accounts
  • Close sales and maintain good relationships with customers, providing information and guidance
  • Manage communication and relationships with customers
  • Prepare reports from collected and analyzed data
  • Collaborate in a team to achieve targeted results

Qualifications

  • Residing in Salatiga
  • Having 1-2 years of work experience in Sales/Business Development/Acquisition, preferably from the logistics or shipping industry
  • Quick and critical thinking in understanding the interests of MSME customers
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Independent, target-oriented, high spirit, and positive attitude
  • Able to face rejection and work pressure
  • Proficient in business communication, negotiation, customer management, logistics solution sales, Microsoft Office, and service-oriented
