  • Define and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, social, paid media, and events to drive awareness and pipeline growth.
  • Collaborate with Sales to align marketing programs with strategic account priorities and accelerate deal velocity.
  • Partner with industry collaborators on co-marketing initiatives and joint events.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using insights to optimize future efforts.
  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Manage marketing budgets and timelines effectively.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Demonstrated expertise in embedded and intelligent edge technologies, with a strong grasp of their strategic applications in the Aerospace, Defense, and Government (ADG) sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of defense industry buyer personas, including prime integrators and emerging/non-traditional contractors.
  • Well-versed in the regulatory landscape governing the ADG industry, with the ability to interpret and translate complex requirements into compliant, market-relevant messaging.
  • Proven ability to develop high-impact content—such as blogs, whitepapers, and thought leadership pieces—that articulates our point of view and positions Wind River as an industry leader.
  • Skilled at crafting clear, compelling messaging tailored to both technical and executive audiences, grounded in industry insight and aligned with customer needs.
  • Proven success in demand generation and event marketing; ABM experience is a plus.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
