Account Growth Associate
Location: Remote | Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $55,000 base salary + up to $12,000 in commissions + $3,000 annual NDR bonus (OTE: $75,000)

About the Role
We are seeking a mission-driven Account Growth Associate to join our Account Management team. In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of small-to-mid-sized partner organizations, helping them effectively use the Blooming Health platform. You'll gather actionable insights through client engagement, drive retention support, and generate new opportunities through referral-based growth.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of client experience, data, and mission impact—and who is energized by helping clients succeed while identifying growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for a set of small-to-mid-sized clients, ensuring high satisfaction and consistent use of the Blooming Health platform.
- Gather Insights: Conduct outreach and check-ins to collect program outcomes, feedback, and data insights that support reporting, strategy, and funding.
- Drive Referral-Based Growth: Identify satisfied clients and nurture them to generate high-quality referrals. Track and follow up on the referral pipeline in partnership with Sales.
- Support Retention & Expansion: Flag upsell or renewal-ready accounts through client health assessments and feedback trends. Collaborate with the wider team on cross-sell opportunities.
- Maintain CRM Data: Document insights, referrals, and engagement activities in Hubspot and internal dashboards for transparency and team coordination.
- Advocate for Clients: Share client feedback and needs with internal teams to enhance our platform, improve service, and ensure client voices shape our product evolution.
What We’re Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience in client success, account management, customer engagement, or partnerships
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Basic experience with data analysis using Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools (e.g., using formulas, creating pivot tables, segmenting data)
- Passion for mission-driven work and improving access to health and social resources
- Comfort using CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot) and tools like Google Workspace and Airtable
Bonus Points If You Have
- Worked with aging services, Medicaid/Medicare plans, or community-based organizations
- Proven experience successfully generating referrals from existing clients to their external partners, internal departments, or affiliated programs.
