We’re looking for an Ad Operations Specialist to join our small but mighty team and help us stay ahead in an ever-evolving ad landscape. With a significant share of our revenue driven by ads, you’ll play a key role in making sure we remain both smart and innovative in how we grow the business. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to help us optimize performance, test new opportunities, and make sure our ad setup is always one step ahead. Responsibilities

• Support the team in optimizing mediation setups and waterfalls, running experiments and A/B tests to improve ARPDAU and overall monetization performance.
• Monitor and analyze daily ad performance across titles and formats, proactively identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Build clear, data-driven reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, turning insights into strategic recommendations.
• Manage day-to-day communication with mediation platforms and key ad partners, aligning on priorities, resolving issues, and pushing feature requests.
• Collaborate with BI, Product, and Game teams to ensure alignment on monetization strategies and provide input on cross-functional projects.
• Stay current on industry trends, privacy regulations, and SDK updates, ensuring SYBO’s ad tech stack is fully compliant and future-ready.
• Bring a structured and proactive approach to task ownership, helping improve team workflows while contributing your own ideas for innovation.

Life at SYBO

In your first month, you’ll gain a solid understanding of SYBO and how our Ad Ops function works. You’ll take ownership of your first waterfalls and get hands-on with the tools that power our operations.

In your first 3 months, you’ll be fully operational—optimizing waterfalls, running A/B tests, and testing mediation setups. You’ll support cross-team projects, present key findings to stakeholders, and contribute ideas to improve processes and unlock new growth opportunities.

By the end of your first year, you’ll be a core part of the team, managing waterfalls across titles and formats while owning key processes. You’ll lead conversations with our mediation partners to influence their roadmap, and your performance will position you to step into a Senior Ad Ops Specialist role.

Requirements

• Experience with rewarded videos, interstitials and other mobile ad formats (alternatively you come from a User Acquisition background).
• Experience with mediation platforms like Unity Levelplay, Applovin MAX and Google Admob.
• Familiarity with the main provider dashboards such as Admob, Applovin, UnityAds, Ironsource and more.
• Familiarity with or an interest in learning privacy policies topics such as ATT, COPPA, GDPR, CMP and how to handle them in the ads setup
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills are a must
• Experience with Looker or other BI reporting tools

Bonus Points

• Experience with Direct Deals through the mediation platform and Google Ad Manager
• Experience with User-Level Ad Revenue Optimization
• Experience with Ad Design
