Ninja Van is a technology-driven logistics company dedicated to providing seamless delivery services across Southeast Asia. Since its inception in 2014, it has grown to become the region's leading last-mile logistics provider, serving over 35,000 merchants and handling more than 1,000 parcels per minute across six countries. The company utilizes advanced software and operational strategies, including algorithm-based optimization, dynamic routing, end-to-end tracking, and a data-driven approach to deliver superior logistics solutions. This role involves independent client engagement, assisting with issues like order uploading, first and last-mile operations, dispute resolution, and administrative tasks to coordinate shipping. Responsibilities include preparing daily inbound parcel data, generating reports, performing data analysis for client performance improvement, handling routine client inquiries, troubleshooting, and coordinating with internal departments to resolve operational challenges. The role also requires proactively proposing process improvements for increased operational efficiency and client retention, maintaining open communication with all stakeholders, and supporting administration and warehouse operations.
Must have:
- Engage independently with clients using Ninja Van's platform.
- Assist clients with uploading orders and resolving shipping issues.
- Prepare and communicate accurate daily inbound shipping data.
- Prepare relevant reports for shipper or meeting usage.
- Provide data analysis to enhance client performance.
- Handle client questions and troubleshoot basic issues.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
- Propose structural changes to streamline processes.
- Maintain open communication with all stakeholders.
- Support administration and warehouse operations.
Good to have:
- Fresh graduates with good academic and co-curricular records are welcome.
- Previous internship or experience in logistics or 3PL management.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa (written and spoken).
- Additional languages such as Mandarin are advantageous.
- Able to work independently and as a team player.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Possess a strong sense of job ownership.
- Adaptable, proactive, with a positive attitude and work ethics.

Job Responsibilities
- Independently engaged with clients that using Ninjavan services/platform.
- Assist clients with issues such as uploading orders, 1st mile & Last mile matters, dispute issues, client complaints etc. as well as other administrative duties to coordinate shipping activities.
- Prepare and communicate accurate shipping, numbers of shipper parcel daily inbound, using data from multiple sources.
- Prepare relevant/necessary reports for shipper or meeting usage.
- Provide data analysis to improve client performances.
- Handle routine questions from clients to perform basic level of troubleshooting, in addition actively communicate and coordinate with internal departments to identify and resolve admin, operations challenges.
- Pro-actively propose structural changes or new solutions to streamline existing processes to increase operation efficiency & client's retention.
- Maintain open communication with all stakeholders, internal and external, across different geographies, throughout the on boarding, shipping and delivery cycle.
- To support administration and warehouse operation.
Job Requirements
- Fresh graduates with good academic results and co-curricular record welcomed.
