Associate Product Data Analyst

We operate in more than 35 locations and our products are sold in more than 150 countries in collaboration with the world’s leading retail and ecommerce companies. 

• Intake and processing of provided spreadsheets and change requests
• Assign toy attributes (example: product number, dash code, UPC/SCC codes, etc.) in the PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) system
• Creation and maintenance of product attributes to support worldwide systems for product language variations
• Initiate change orders and process change requests for product updates
• Maintain relationships in the PLM system for project documents, GRS (Global Reporting Structure) and Domestic equivalent product
• Carryover dash code set-up and configuration to support worldwide operations
• Partner with the US Data Control team to understand strategies for the product line and validate accuracy of in-system product information as delivered via spreadsheet documents
• Ongoing data maintenance using delivered Exception Reports identifying when data attributes are out of sync with established business rules

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics/Accounting/Computer Science or related majors
• Within 1-2 years’ experience in data entry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (primarily Excel & Outlook)
• Ability to work with fast paced timelines of data entry turnaround
• Good command of writing & reading English
• Responsible, logical, initiative & patient in the works.
