The role involves defining digital strategy and roadmaps, designing and implementing digital solutions for clients, and acting as a liaison between product users and development teams. Responsibilities include eliciting requirements, documenting business problems, creating functional technical solutions, and translating requirements into JIRA tickets. The analyst will also be involved in validating requirements through prototyping and ensuring testability. This role requires strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. The Business Analyst will work with business teams across Marketing, eCommerce, and Data Analytics to deliver key business initiatives.
