We will count on you to:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals to expand our client base.
  • Assist in cultivating and securing new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
  • Actively manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends and provide actionable insights to the sales team.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms that align with company goals.

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in insurance sales or brokerage, along with relevant salary expectations; 5 years of experience in corporate sales (excluding retail), including banking, cyber advisory, investment banking, or advisory firms, along with relevant salary expectations.
  • Proven track record of supporting sales targets and objectives.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and practices, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
