Job Description

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Daxko, you will be instrumental in driving growth by connecting with potential customers and generating interest in our innovative technology solutions for fitness and health businesses. You will be responsible for making proactive calls to leads, qualifying potential customers, and scheduling product demonstrations. The role involves managing the sales funnel, collaborating with the sales team, and meeting targets for calls, demos, and sales quotas. This hybrid role requires on-site work in Birmingham, Alabama on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.
Must have:
  • Engage and Connect: Make proactive calls to cold and warm leads.
  • Qualify & Convert: Conduct consultative conversations to qualify customers.
  • Book High-Impact Demos: Schedule product demonstrations with qualified prospects.
  • Manage the Sales Funnel: Keep prospects engaged using Outreach and Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with sales leadership and team members.
  • Crush Your Goals: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets

  • Engage & Connect: Make proactive calls to cold and warm leads, generating interest in our products and services.
  • Qualify & Convert: Conduct consultative conversations to uncover business needs and qualify potential customers.
  • Book High-Impact Demos: Schedule product demonstrations with qualified prospects for our Account Executives.
  • Manage the Sales Funnel: Keep prospects engaged through nurture cadences in Outreach while maintaining accurate records in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with sales leadership and team members to refine outreach strategies and achieve team goals.
  • Crush Your Goals: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, emails, talk time, booked demos, attended demos, and assisted sales quotas.
