Job Description

The Coordinator, International Distribution will support the Executive Director in managing international releases of Lionsgate titles. This includes collaborating with distributors and internal teams, tracking release information, communicating with internal and external parties, managing screening programs, and supporting the sales team. The role involves handling the full lifecycle of titles, from theatrical to TV releases. The candidate should track, input, and maintain international release information including box office, theatrical and home entertainment dates, expenses and plans. In addition, they communicate international release information to internal and external parties and manage international screening programs for Lionsgate releases.
Must have:
  • Prior experience in International Distribution and/or International Sales
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Good to have:
  • Familiarity with ComScore, Tableau, SalesForce, IPM, Rightsline
  • Enthusiasm for Film and TV content

Summary of Position

Lionsgate is currently seeking a Coordinator, International Distribution in our Motion Picture Sales group. The Coordinator will work with the Executive Director to manage the international releases of Lionsgate titles through their full lifecycle (theatrical – TV). 

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the Executive Director of International Distribution.
  • Collaborate with international distributors & internal teams (Sales, Servicing, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Publicity etc) to manage the international releases of Lionsgate titles.
  • Track, input and maintain international release information including box office, theatrical and home entertainment dates, expenses and plans.     
  • Communicate international release information to internal and external parties. 
  • Manage international screening programs for Lionsgate releases.
  • Support the international motion picture sales team on ad-hoc projects as needed

Qualifications and Skills

  • Prior experience in International Distribution and/or International Sales
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail / accuracy 
  • Ability to prioritize many projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel 

Nice to Haves

  • Familiarity with ComScore, Tableau, SalesForce, IPM, Rightsline
  • Enthusiast for Film + TV content (current and historical)
