Job Description

This role involves actively tracking global console, PC, and mobile game trends, conducting in-depth research to identify high-potential development opportunities. Responsibilities include generating strategic insights through information mining and user surveys, systematically researching competitor game release pipelines to extract effective methods, and forming a reusable knowledge system. The position also requires deep involvement in early R&D support for incubation projects, including research, testing, and information collection, as well as formulating and executing domestic and international market strategies, brand promotion, platform cooperation, and exhibition publicity for games.
Must have:
  • Actively track global console, PC, and mobile game trends, conduct in-depth category and product research, and discover high-potential development opportunities.
  • Generate decision-making research reports and strategic insights through independent or collaborative information mining and in-depth user surveys.
  • Systematically research the full release pipeline of competitive games (strategy, rhythm, marketing), extract effective methods, and form a reusable release knowledge system.
  • Deeply participate in early R&D support for incubation projects, and formulate and promote the execution of domestic and overseas market strategies for games.
Good to have:
  • Ability to use English as a working language.
  • Proactively produced game-related long-form content (video/text).
  • Deep game user with multi-category gaming experience (covering different categories of PC and mobile games).

Job Requirements

1. Sensitive to data, with strong data analysis skills; ability to use English as a working language is preferred.

2. Good at communication, planned, highly efficient, with a good work attitude and innovative spirit.

3. Familiar with mainstream game content platforms; proactively produced game-related long-form content (video/text) is preferred.

4. Deep game user, with multi-category gaming experience (covering different categories of PC and mobile games) is preferred.
