Job Responsibility:
Strong understanding of all aspects of the core business, including operations and system technicalities
Gather, clean, and organize data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Regularly update and maintain databases, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
Strategic planning to improve client results doing data reporting
Supporting Key Account Managers (KAMs) in generating reports and participating in monitoring parcel aging reports.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to gather requirements, share insights, and contribute to projects.
Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
Analyzing client and internal data to provide accurate feedback for better client relationship management
Analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data to support strategic decision-making for key accounts within the organization
Job Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree of any field.
At least 2 years of working experience in logistics or e-commerce industry is preferred for this position.
Professional fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin will be an advantage but not a must)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a sales or marketing analytics role.
