The Program Manager/Senior Intelligence Analyst will serve as the single contract support PM, overseeing contract performance and managing an analytic fusion cell focused on threats to OST operations. Responsibilities include staffing, budgeting, scheduling, and client interaction, along with managing intelligence products and responding to information requests from various locations. The role requires independent and collaborative work, developing strong relationships, and anticipating emerging threats. The analyst will also assist in specifying intelligence requirements. This position involves managing and leading an analytic fusion cell focused on domestic, international, and criminal threats. The analyst will work with geographically separated locations and must be able to anticipate, identify, analyze, summarize, and forward intelligence products.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • 10+ years of intelligence systems experience (JWICS, SIPR, etc.).
  • Active DOE Q and TS clearance with SCI Eligibility.
  • U.S. Citizen.
  • Prior Federal experience required.
Good to have:
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Prior NNSA experience preferred.
  • Previous management of intelligence/analysis operations preferred.

Job Details

Dynamis is seeking a Program Manager/Senior Intelligence Analyst to support a government client onsite. ACTIVE Top-Secret with SCI eligibility OR DOE Q clearance is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the single contract support PM and shall be the company's authorized interface with the Government CO, the COR, government management personnel, and NNSA Office of Secure Transportation (OST) agency representatives.
  • Responsible for placing qualified personnel on this contract; formulating and enforcing work standards; assigning contractor schedules; reviewing work discrepancies; supervising contractor personnel; and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates.
  • Shall be responsible for the overall contract support performance.
  • Relevant experience for this position involves program management performing tasks such as staffing, budgeting, scheduling, and client interaction.
  • Responsible for managing and leading an analytic fusion cell including the portfolio management of domestic, international, and criminal threats to OST’s operations. Also, it functions as an SIA.
  • Work independently and in small groups while maintaining relationships and credibility with the customer locally and at the geographically separated locations.
  • Establish and develop productive strong personal relationships with peers.
  • Anticipate, identify, analyze, summarize, and forward intelligence products related to stated or emerging threats.
  • Anticipate, research, analyze, develop, respond to, and satisfy requests for information from geographically separated OST locations.
  • Assist the customer in specifying intelligence requirements. 
  • Applicants must be willing to work 5 days a week, onsite in Albuquerque, NM.

Requirements:

  • This person requires a bachelor’s degree and have a minimum of 10 years of relevant intelligence and analysis work.
  • Minimum of 10 years of intelligence systems experience. Acceptable systems experience is a combination of JWICS, SIPR, Intelligence and Law Enforcement data bases. 
  • Must have an “Active” DOE Q and TS clearance with SCI Eligibility. 
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Prior Federal experience is required. Prior NNSA experience preferred.
  • PMP is preferred.
  • Previous management of federal (or contract support to) intelligence and/or analysis operations is also preferred.
