Job Description

Tide is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join their German team, contributing to their mission of becoming the most trusted SME credit platform in Germany. The role involves engaging with SME clients, actively acquiring new customers, and guiding them through the credit application process. You will explain financing options, build trust with clients, and stay updated on industry trends. Responsibilities include managing relationships with credit partners, maintaining accurate CRM data in Salesforce, and fostering a collaborative team culture. The ideal candidate will have a sales and advisory background, ideally with experience in credit brokerage, financial advice, or customer-facing sales roles. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a proactive and results-oriented approach.

Partner Credit Services ist der KMU-Kreditmarktplatz von Tide. In Zusammenarbeit mit Kreditpartnern vermittelt das Partner Credit Services Team die passende Finanzierung für kleine und mittelgroße Unternehmen.

ÜBER DIE ROLLE: 

Als Sales Executive werden Sie Teil unseres Vertriebsteams und berichten direkt an den Team Lead Sales. Da es sich um eine Position in unserem Vertriebsteam handelt, suchen wir jemanden mit Erfahrung in Kreditvermittlung, Vertrieb, Finanzierung und Kreditvergabe mit nachweislicher Erfolgsbilanz, der sofort durchstarten kann. Ihre Expertise in der SME-Kreditvergabe und im Vertrieb in Deutschland wird so vielen Kunden wie möglich helfen, über unsere Kreditpartner die richtige Finanzierungslösung zu finden. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören: 

  • Kundeneinbindung: Kontaktieren, einbinden und betreuen Sie unsere KMU-Kunden während des Kreditantragsprozesses 
  • Akquise: Akquirieren Sie aktiv Kunden aus unserem CRM und anderen Kanälen, um eine konsistente Sales Pipeline aufzubauen 
  • Vertrauen bei Kunden aufbauen: Erklären Sie selbstbewusst die verschiedenen Finanzierungsoptionen, die Kunden über unsere Partner zur Verfügung stehen, und bleiben Sie über Branchentrends, Markt und Wettbewerb auf dem Laufenden 
  • Finanzierungsexpertise: Bauen Sie auf Ihrem Wissen über Unternehmensfinanzierung auf und erwerben Sie ein tiefes Verständnis für die Vielfalt der Kreditgeber und Produkte auf dem Markt 
  • Partner-Engagement: Manages Sie aktiv die Beziehung und die Abläufe mit unseren Kreditpartnern
  • CRM-Datenpflege: Pflegen Sie genaue und aktuelle Kundeninformationen in allen Vertriebsstufen (in Salesforce) 
  • Fördern Sie eine erstklassige Teamkultur: Teilen Sie aktiv Erfahrungen und Erfolge über relevante Kommunikationskanäle mit der breiteren Organisation.

  • Sie haben idealerweise schon erste Erfahrung in Kreditvermittlung, Finanzberatung oder  Erfahrung in einer kundenorientierten Vertriebsrolle sammeln können
  • Sie verfügen über ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten 
  • Sie arbeiten ergebnisorientiert  mit Fokus auf Genauigkeit und Umsetzungsgeschwindigkeit
  • Sie sind proaktiv und warten nicht auf Anweisungen um Aufgaben zu erfüllen  und Ihre Ziele  zu erreichen
  • Ihr Ziel ist  Kundenservice auf höchstem Niveau
  • Sie sind organisiert, analytisch und behalten auch unter Druck einen kühlen Kopf
  • Sie können Probleme schnell und effektiv beheben 
  • Sie sind kollaborativ  und können schnell Beziehungen zu  relevanten Kollegen aufbauen 
  • SIe sprechen fließend und verhandlungssicher Deutsch und haben gute Englischkenntnisse
