Job Description

As a Sr. Digital Account Manager, you will be responsible for the daily management of assigned accounts, coordinating client projects from planning to completion. You will serve as the daily contact between the agency and the client, executing strategies, problem-solving, and building strong business relationships. Your key responsibilities include developing digital marketing strategies, planning and implementing campaigns, managing social media presence, measuring campaign performance, brainstorming growth strategies, optimizing user experience, and ensuring accurate campaign reporting.
Must have:
  • Develop digital marketing strategies analyzing economic indicators and trends.
  • Plan and implement web, SEO/SEM, database, email, social media, and advertising campaigns.
  • Design, build, and maintain social media presence.
  • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies with the creative team.
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages.
  • Optimize user experience by identifying important conversion and drop-off points.
  • Ensure that campaign reporting is accurate.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop a digital marketing strategy by analyzing economic indicators, observing trends in supply and demand, recognizing clients and their existing and emerging needs, and tracking competition.
  • Plans and implements all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and advertising campaigns.
  • Design, build and maintain our presence in social media
  • Measures and reports on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies by digital marketing and convinces clients in the same way with the creative team
  • Plan, implement and evaluate experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Optimizes user funnels by identifying important conversion and drop-off points.
  • To ensure that campaign reporting is accurate and well-written, using the appropriate metrics.
