Job Description

The Trade Marketing Manager will develop and execute trade marketing strategies to enhance corporate branding and market presence, including planning and managing on-ground activations. This role includes leading B2B marketing initiatives, overseeing LinkedIn marketing, coordinating cross-functional teams, and managing budgets. The role involves creating content, building relationships with external partners, and reporting to senior management. The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate branding, B2B marketing and on-ground activations and should be adept at handling external coordination and managing projects with high energy and attention to detail.

About the Role: 

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Trade Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate branding, B2B marketing, and on-ground activations. They should be adept at handling external coordination and managing projects with high energy and attention to detail.


What you will do: 

  • Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to enhance corporate branding and market presence.
  • Plan and manage on-ground activations, ensuring detailed execution and alignment with brand objectives.
  • Lead B2B marketing initiatives, including the promotion of corporate projects such as Careers, Blogs, and other internal branding activities.
  • Oversee LinkedIn marketing efforts, crafting content and managing the platform to strengthen corporate engagement.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Create engaging content for corporate communications and marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with the product and strategy teams to align corporate branding initiatives with business goals.
  • Manage budgets for trade marketing activities, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project progress and outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement through post-activation analysis and feedback.

  • High energy and enthusiasm for external coordination and collaboration.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
