Technical Account Managers are the primary contact for Varonis customers. They provide onboarding, value, and support. Responsibilities include ensuring data protection from threats, onboarding customers, ensuring customer success, preparing reviews, identifying upsell opportunities, learning new products, helping identify renewal risks, serving as the primary technical contact, and advocating for customers. They also engage with customers at all levels and resolve their technical issues. Technical Account Managers must be motivated self-starters with strong technical acumen and customer service skills.
