The TPM will be responsible for the growth, reliability, efficiency, security, performance, and overall health of the end-to-end network that supports all Meta products and services. They will work closely with engineering and other cross-functional teams to understand the problem space and domain in depth, create roadmaps, prioritize based on impact, and drive them through to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong backbone and edge networking background, an overarching understanding of the end-to-end network architecture, and a proven track record in taking on and going deep in new technical domains.

Technical Program Manager, Net Infra (Backbone) Responsibilities

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) with experience in large-scale network infrastructure to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in evolving and enhancing the global network that supports all Meta products and services. They will be responsible for ensuring the growth, reliability, efficiency, security, performance, and overall health of the end-to-end network. The TPM will work closely with engineering and other cross-functional teams to understand the problem space and domain in depth, create roadmaps, prioritize based on impact, and drive them through to completion. They will have a strong backbone and edge networking background, with an overarching understanding of the end-to-end network architecture and a proven track record in taking on and going deep in new technical domains. The ideal candidate will be extremely comfortable working with ambiguity and autonomy, and will have a passion for solving some of the most challenging networking problems in the industry. Minimum Qualifications

B.S. in Computer Science, Network Engineering or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.

7+ years of software engineering, systems engineering, hardware engineering, or technical product/program management experience.

$134,000/year to $196,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
