Job Description

Insider is seeking a self-motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join its Sales Development team. The BDR will generate new business opportunities by prospecting companies and engaging in high-level conversations with C-level executives. This role offers advancement potential within the sales organization and is ideal for recent college graduates or individuals early in their sales career who are driven and goal-oriented.
Must have:
  • Generating a pipeline of business opportunities through prospecting into companies and conducting market research
  • Following up with prospects through inbound and outbound calls and emails
  • Partnering closely with Account Executives to help move along qualified pipeline through the sales cycle
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements
  • Effectively communicating the value propositions across multiple product lines to secure initial meetings with potential new customers
  • Brainstorming with the team on how we can identify key players and generate interest in Insider’s products
  • Always maintaining and expanding the prospect database in our assigned segments

The Opportunity

We are looking for self-motivated, tenacious, and goal-oriented individuals to join our Sales Development team as a Business Development Representative (BDR). As an BDR, you will be responsible for generating a pipeline of new business opportunities through prospecting into companies and having high-level conversations with C-level executives. This position has advancement potential within the sales organization and we are welcoming all driven individuals who are recent college graduates, or individuals early in their career.

What can you expect from the role?

  • Generating a pipeline of business opportunities through prospecting into companies and conducting market research,
  • Following up with prospects through inbound and outbound calls and emails,
  • Partnering closely with Account Executives to help move along qualified pipeline through the sales cycle,
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements,
  • Effectively communicating the value propositions across multiple product lines to secure initial meetings with potential new customers,
  • Brainstorming with the team on how we can identify key players and generate interest in Insider’s products,
  • Always maintaining and expanding the prospect database in our assigned segments.
