The Manager - QCN Ad Sales (Government) will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities from government departments. The role involves handling FCT sales for Maharashtra government business, maintaining sales reports and client trackers, and ensuring smooth deal execution and revenue collection. The candidate will collaborate with the sales operations team to meet client expectations. Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, ensuring significant business from government media campaigns, and building strong relationships with government officials.
Must have:
  • 8-10 years experience working with government clients.
  • Existing relationships with government officials.
  • Successful track record in revenue achievements.
  • Knowledge about FCT business and its execution.
  • Postgraduate degree or equivalent.
  • Ability to converse well in the local language.
  • Good communication and PR skills with a client-first approach.

About the job
We at Qube Cinema are looking to hire talent who are sales-driven, self-motivated, and learning enthusiasts to be part of the Government Advertisement Sales Team at Mumbai with experience in revenue generation, client relationship management, and account management.

Your every day would be:
  • To support and assist the organization in identifying and securing new business opportunities from government departments
  • Handling FCT sales for Maharashtra government business from state’s DGIPR, government departments, Tourism Boards, Autonomous/Statutory bodies/boards, etc., including media agencies dealing in government campaigns
  • Ensure significant business pie of government media campaigns.
  • To support and assist the organization in identifying and securing new business opportunities
  • Maintain sales reports, sales pipeline, and client tracker.
  • Ensure smooth execution of the deal, from deal closure to timely revenue collection.
  • Work along with the sales operations team for smooth delivery of client expectations.

Talent that we are looking for?
  • Experience working with government clients for media campaigns with 8-10 years of work experience
  • Existing relationships at different levels with government officials 
  • Successful track record with consistent revenue achievements in previous organizations
  • Knowledge about FCT business and its execution released from DGIPR, Government Departments, and/or other agencies dealing in government campaigns
  • Postgraduate or with an equivalent degree
  • Must be able to converse well in the local language.
  • Good communication and PR skills, with a client-first approach
