The Fulfillment Unit, responsible for warehouse operations and sales, ensures effective business strategy execution by managing operations, collaborating with sales and finance, and onboarding new clients. This role involves managing existing shippers for retention and volume growth, building strong client relationships to prevent competitor acquisition, acting as the primary customer contact, coordinating shipper onboarding to meet SLAs, managing shipper offboarding with inter-departmental clearances, providing data to accounts, and publishing reports with basic data analysis.
