As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in growing our client base by managing the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract closure. This involves creating connections, building rapport with decision-makers, and exceeding sales targets. You will be responsible for presenting product demonstrations of Business Management Solutions to potential clients, developing sales strategies, and consistently meeting or exceeding quotas. The role also includes monitoring market trends, analyzing data, maintaining a contact database, and building strong relationships to improve customer experience. Handling complaints and negotiations is also part of the job. You will work to develop relationships and sell to potential customers.

In this revenue-generating role, you’ll help us scale our client base while owning the entire sales process from lead generation through contract close. You will provide product demonstrations to high level clients on Business Management Solutions.

Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

  • Developing sales strategies and consistently meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Moving leads from a qualified prospect to a closed customer.
  • Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products.
  • Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective buyers.
  • Compiling and analyzing data to find trends.
  • Maintaining a database of contact information.
  • Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.
  • Handling complaints and negotiations.
  • Work to develop relationships and sell to potential customers
