Internet Brands is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support our Affiliate Marketing team. The Affiliate team supports a large, and growing, lead business in our Legal Division (Martindate-Nolo). This role will focus on analyzing lead performance, providing optimization insights on affiliate partnerships, and other data/operational tasks to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have experience working with large datasets, strong proficiency in analytics tools, and the ability to provide actionable insights to improve lead quality and other KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and monitor affiliate marketing performance metrics, including lead quality, conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Develop dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in lead generation data to improve targeting, pricing models, and affiliate partnerships.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless data integration and reporting.
- Work with data engineers to improve data collection, storage, and reporting automation.
- Ensure data integrity
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably within affiliate marketing, digital advertising, or lead generation.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Experience with marketing attribution models, funnel analysis, and customer segmentation.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
