Job Description

The ExDev Producer will be the main point of contact for Product Marketing divisions, including those in India, the UK, and Continental Europe. This role involves contract support, procurement, financial management, and communication between internal departments and external vendors. Responsibilities include project tracking, contract negotiation, purchase order management, budget forecasting, stakeholder reporting, and problem-solving. The ideal candidate will be organized, communicative, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Position Overview:

You are an organized, polished communicator who is willing and able to multi-task while effectively displaying ownership of multiple assignments, as well as meticulous follow - through on day to day business necessities. You will work in the ExDev team as the main point of contact to Product Marketing

Divisions to provide project tracking, contract and procurement processing, financial management, and communication between multiple internal departments and external vendors.


What You'll do:

  • Key point of contact on the ExDev team for Product Marketing Divisions in India, UK and Continental Europe
  • Provides Contracts Support including information gathering, contract negotiation, contract drafting and handles communications between Product Marketing Team, Internal Business Affairs Legal
  • Team and External Service Providers
  • Supplies Procurement support including information gathering, processing new supplier setup, submission of purchase requests, manages Purchase Orders and handles communications between Product Marketing Team, External Service Providers and various Finance Teams.
  • Provides invoice tracking and reconciliation as well as chasing and confirming approvals
  • Supplies project Budget Forecast and Spend Tracking
  • Syncs with partner groups (FP&A, Legal, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Cyber Security) and provides updates for all parties
  • Prepares and distributes project and financial reports to stakeholders
  • Aligns both internal and external party’s expectations
  • Involved in project planning, identifies roadblocks and problem solves around them

 

What You Bring: 

  • Outsourcing experience preferred
  • Marketing experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and Google Counterparts required, especially Excel and Google sheets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Adaptability and the ability to work in a high-paced environment
  • Able to anticipate and avoid challenges
  • Must have strong organizational skills and acute attention to detail
  • Meticulously able to follow through on multiple ongoing and outstanding tasks
  • Must be self-motivated and able to assess workload and prioritize on the fly
  • Experience working cross-functionally across many groups in the company
