TransPerfect Gaming Solutions is seeking a Player Support Agent to join our Production department. As a Player Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our players through various channels, including email, chat, and phone. You will resolve player issues, answer questions, and provide guidance on game features and functionality, collaborating with other professionals to ensure the best possible gaming experience.
Must have:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field

You will be responsible for resolving player issues, answering questions, and providing guidance on game features and functionality.

The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work well under pressure. You should be comfortable working with a variety of gaming platforms and have a passion for gaming and the gaming industry.

  • Provide guidance on game features and functionality
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best possible gaming experience for our players
