Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Retail Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Kansas City. This position plays a crucial role in planning, executing, and optimizing retail-focused marketing campaigns to support product launches, in-store promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute retail marketing strategies that align with brand objectives and sales targets

• Coordinate in-store promotions, events, and visual merchandising efforts

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies

• Track and report the performance of campaigns and promotional activities

• Assist in managing budgets and timelines for marketing projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

• 2+ years of experience in retail marketing or a similar role

• Strong understanding of consumer behavior and retail sales strategies

• Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills

• Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights
