Job Summary
Administrative assistant duties in the game development department. This role involves general affairs such as project budget management, managing permissions for new hires/departures, proxying approval documents, and handling external communications. Responsibilities also include managing hardware and software, processing applications for purchases, and creating accounts. Additionally, the assistant will be responsible for creating and updating assistant work manuals and managing departmental books. The position requires proficiency in Office software and strong communication and multitasking skills.

Required Experience/Skills

- Ability to create documents and data using Office software (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace).
- Practical experience in using them is required.
- Experience using Google Workspace such as Google Drive and Calendar is preferred.
- Ability to proactively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to advance work.
- Ability to reliably execute multiple projects simultaneously.
- No work experience in the game industry is required.
