Quince is a retail and technology company co-founded by a team that has extensive experience in retail, technology and building early stage companies. You’ll work with a team of world-class talent from Stanford GSB, Google, D.E. Shaw, Stitch Fix, Urban Outfitters, Wayfair, McKinsey, Nike etc.

You will play a critical role in building world class teams that are disrupting and shaping the future of retail/commerce. You will be a strategic thought partner to the business, and have a focus on strong analytical capabilities to drive high velocity and high quality hiring. Additionally, you will champion for Quince's employer brand, effectively communicate the company's mission, values, and unique value proposition to candidates, and build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external talent communities.
