As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for planning, reporting on, and delivering projects to our clients. You’ll be required to build outstanding relationships with both your clients and team leads, establishing KPI’s, schedules, and managing & mitigating risks for your teams and projects.
You’ll be required to work independently, with little input or guidance from management; taking full ownership and responsibility of your clients and projects, think critically about the needs and desires of your client and teams and proactively addressing their needs; all whilst ensuring your projects stay within budget and expected profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead assigned client projects and ensure successful delivery
- Anticipate client needs and proactively offer solutions
- Identify and communicate risks or issues, keeping the business informed
- Ensure business processes and strategies are followed accurately
- Monitor and improve project performance, meeting key KPIs
- Raise concerns and suggest improvements in test strategies or processes
- Mentor and support team members in their growth and development
- Oversee team performance and ensure HR policies are followed
- Check and correct team work time records as needed
- Support team goal-setting and provide regular feedback
- Manage project budgets by aligning team distribution with financial targets
- Recommend promotions or salary adjustments within budget limits
- Respond to feedback from CSAT surveys and take corrective action
- Follow company security protocols and report potential issues
