As a Senior Inside Sales Development Representative, you are an integral member of the sales team, focusing on the early stages of the commercial funnel. Your primary mission is to generate qualified leads that will convert into sales. This involves implementing a contact qualification strategy, defining the sales pitch and process, and executing outbound prospecting to secure leads for Key Account Managers. You will optimize lead generation using advanced techniques, identify prospects' business challenges, and schedule appointments with key decision-makers. Additionally, you will contribute to lead nurturing through various marketing content.

Job Description

As a Senior Inside Sales Development Representative, you are an integral member of the sales team and act at the beginning of the commercial funnel with the mission of generating the maximum number of qualified leads that will then lead to a sale.

Responsibilities and Missions:

Commercial Strategy:

  • Implementation of a contact qualification strategy and definition of the pitch and sales process
  • Outbound: Implement a prospecting strategy to generate qualified leads for the Key Account Managers team
  • Optimize lead generation with the best techniques (social selling, spin selling, etc.)

Commercial Development:

  • Identification of prospects' business problems and challenges
  • Prospecting new commercial targets
  • Scheduling appointments with all target personas: General Managers, Legal Directors, Digital Directors, Lawyers, Attorneys, etc.
  • Contribution to lead maturation by engaging them with varied marketing content (webinars, white papers, success stories, etc.)

Your Profile

  • Higher education in Business School / University
  • Significant experience in BDR or SDR
  • Perseverant with a desire to contribute strongly to the development of a rapidly expanding international company
  • Desire to start a sales career in the B2B Tech world by entering through the main door. The SDR position is the 1st step towards a sales career (Account Executive)
  • Versatile, autonomous, curious, open-minded, strong ability to assimilate
  • Rigorous, organized, comfortable speaking, listening skills, and relational sense

Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a Wolters Kluwer office as part of the recruitment process.
