A Producer will have a direct role in bringing the game to our fans around the world.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and schedule overall project plan
• Regularly review and provide feedback on games in development to improve the overall quality
• Communicate with each department to understand the project status and risks, and propose appropriate solutions
• Plan and manage the project schedule while identifying priorities and guiding the team to follow an effective schedule

• Structure a recruitment roadmap (outlook, recruitment, and placement)
• Forecast, budget and manage development costs including profit and loss
• Provide information to improve the production team's technical skills
• Administer tasks related to contracts and management
• Assess and manage the status of all teams
• Release management
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance team
• Manage the rating system, localization, and licensing (middleware, etc)

Skills & Requirements

• 5+ years of game development experience
• Experience as a producer in AA games or higher from inception to launch
• Extensive Knowledge of development and project management
• Possess a strong positive attitude, ideas and proactively contribute to projects
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.) and Google Apps（Google Sheets, Google Slides etc）
• Excellent presentation skills
• Excellent collaborative and communication skills
• Fluent in English, proficient in Japanese (speaking and writing)
