Job Description

Easygo is seeking a CRM Coordinator to manage retention marketing strategies. The role involves developing and executing marketing campaigns across email and SMS, creating compelling content, and engaging customers throughout their lifecycle to enhance customer lifetime value and reduce churn. This position requires collaboration with content and marketing teams, monitoring campaign performance through KPI reports, and working with the acquisition team for market growth. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with customer lifecycle management in the online casino space, hands-on experience with CRM platforms and data analytics tools, and knowledge of retention marketing.

What you will do:

  • Coordinate all communication and content to enhance the customer experience and stages of the customer lifecycle.
  • Recommend and develop optimal plans for the delivery of campaigns, campaign format, and campaign platform to grow profitability, creating action plans and strategies where appropriate.
  • Enhance customer lifetime value, reduce churn, and implement relevant CRM strategy.
  • Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to identify which offers to promote and when.
  • Work closely with the acquisition team to maximise the growth of campaigns in the relevant market, as well as the company vision to launch into any new markets.
  • Be responsible for researching and sourcing relevant content to communicate with our customer base.
  • Monitor and analyse results of email/SMS campaigns, including completing weekly/monthly KPI reports.

What you will bring:

  • Familiarity with customer lifecycle management within the online casino space.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and data analytics tools.
  • Gambling and sports knowledge would be highly regarded.
  • Retention marketing knowledge.
  • Experience working with creative teams, such as digital design, to prepare visual assets for campaigns.

Bonus points if you also have:

  • Sports & Gambling knowledge advantageous
  • Cryptocurrency knowledge would be advantageous
