Marketing Manager, Japan

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who is passionate about building strong local brand presence and driving impact through influencer marketing and local campaigns in Japan. In this role, you will lead influencer partnerships and support broader marketing initiatives that drive awareness and user growth.

This role will report to the Marketing Lead, Japan, and is based in our Tokyo office in a hybrid model.

You Will

• Build and manage relationships with Roblox influencers, including offering proactive support and creative guidance.
• Plan and execute influencer-driven campaigns, from ideation to coordination.
• Lead content planning and day-to-day operations for Roblox Japan’s social media channels, ensuring alignment with our brand and local trends
• Report to APAC Marketing Lead

You Have

• 7+ years of experience in marketing, ideally with a strong background in influencer marketing and social media management.
• Native-level Japanese proficiency to create and localize marketing assets, and business-level English skills to collaborate with global team members and navigate internal documentation.
• Hands-on experience working with Japanese influencers as part of brand campaigns or partnerships.
• Proven track record of managing projects and working effectively with agencies and external partners.
• Highly motivated, organized, and capable of working across teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong interest in the gaming industry and/or familiarity with Roblox
