We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Analyst to support our finance and accounting operations, with a focus on revenue accounting. This role involves ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls, interpreting complex data, and communicating actionable insights to senior leadership. Responsibilities include preparing and posting journal entries, supporting month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring data accuracy, working with auditors, identifying process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on financial impact assessments.

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial systems (e.g., Oracle, Netsuite).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines with accuracy.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls, with focus on revenue accounting. This position requires strong business acumen, the ability to interpret complex data, and the capacity to communicate actionable insights to senior leadership.

What You'll Bring:

  • Prepare and post journal entries for revenue accounting, supported by statements of work.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data across systems and reports, with particular focus on revenue accounting.
  • Work with auditors and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within financial operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Operations and Sales) on financial impact assessments.

Impact You'll Make:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA licensure is required).
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in general ledger or revenue accounting roles.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP) and financial reporting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial systems (e.g., Oracle, Netsuite).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines with accuracy.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
