Job Description:

A Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Functional Consultant will play a crucial role in implementing and optimizing Salesforce solutions for financial institutions. His/Her responsibilities include understanding business needs, configuring Salesforce, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering

• Work with stakeholders to understand financial services workflows.
• Translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.

2. Salesforce Configuration & Customization

• Configure Financial Services Cloud (FSC) features like client profiles, financial accounts, and relationship mapping.

3. Data Management & Integration

• Ensure seamless integration with third-party financial tools (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv,SalesConnect).
• Maintain data security and compliance with GDPR, SEC, and FINRA regulations.

4. User Training & Adoption

• Conduct workshops for advisors, relationship managers, and operations teams.
• Develop user guides and best practices for Salesforce adoption.

5. Reporting & Analytics

• Build dashboards using Salesforce Reports, Einstein Analytics for financial insights.
• Optimize lead management and customer segmentation strategies.

6. Compliance & Security

• Implement role-based access control (RBAC) for sensitive financial data.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards for data protection.

Years of Experience

• 8+ years of Software Development experience required

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related engineering field required. Advanced degree preferred.

Special Requirements

• Good to have prior experience of working in Finance domain (Investment bank, Asset Management firm, Hedge Fund).
• Good to have exposure to large scale distributed applications.
