Job Responsibility
Implement of CS order processing – ticket ordering
prepare and manage daily / monthly usage revenue report to management team
prepare monthly usage statement & CS report
Support CS daily operations & Sales Admin support to service team
Back up support to CS Officer and Service administrator
Assist with Ad-hoc project / event
Requirement
University graduate with 1-3 years working experience in customer service . Fresh graduated is also welcome
Experience in multinational companies , banking/finance field is preferable
Customer-oriented and result oriented with strong drive to win
working independence
pleasant , good communication , good team spirit and interpersonal skills
good command in written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge of Mandarina is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office ( Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel , SFDC)
Knowledge in salesforce is an advantage
