Social Discovery Group (SDG) is a leading social discovery company with over 60 brands and 500 million users globally, focused on combating loneliness through virtual intimacy. They invest in IT startups and have a diverse international team of 1200 professionals. SDG is seeking a Senior User Acquisition Manager to drive growth on two niche platforms that connect people based on shared values. The role involves developing and executing multi-channel user acquisition strategies, daily campaign management, performance analysis, funnel optimization, A/B testing, market analysis, and reporting. A key aspect is scaling successful channels and identifying new growth opportunities while maintaining brand consistency.
Must have:
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads
  • Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau)
  • Expertise in cost-efficient campaign optimization (CPL, CPA)
  • Ability to forecast, build, and optimize large UA budgets
  • Understanding of attribution models and user journey tracking
  • Develop and execute multi-channel UA strategies
  • Daily management of advertising campaigns
  • Conduct deep performance analysis

  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives and landing pages
  • Market and competitor analysis

We are looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager to join our team and work on two niche platforms that connect people based on shared values, goals, and lifestyles.

Your main tasks will be:

    • Develop and execute multi-channel user acquisition strategies (Google Ads, Meta, Programmatic, etc.);
    • Daily management of advertising campaigns;
    • Conduct deep performance analysis across channels to identify growth opportunities and inefficiencies;
    • Optimize registration funnel and drive high-quality traffic to landing pages;
    • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages;
    • Analysis of trends and insights, as well as subsequent optimization to meet KPIs: scaling successful channels and searching for growth points;
    • Building effective work with the design and marketing team to maintain brand unity;
    • Market and competitor analysis:
    • Report results and insights to stakeholders regularly

    We expect from you:

    • Proficiency in managing campaigns on major platforms: Facebook / Google Ads / TikTok
    • Strong experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.)
    • Expertise in optimizing campaigns for cost-efficiency (CPL, CPA)
    • Ability to forecast, build and optimize large UA budgets
    • Understanding of attribution models and user journey tracking
    • Experience working with Affiliates and CPA networks (nice to have)

In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
    • Internal gamified gratitude system: receive bonuses from colleagues and exchange them for time off, merch, team building activities, massage certificates, etc.
