We are hiring a Specialist in our Risk team!
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Drive quality excellence for Risk Intelligence products by analyzing data from multiple quality feedback sources—including audit, quality control, customer concerns as well as client and collaborator feedback
• Identify recurring issues, gaps, and trends in research quality to support root cause analysis and drive targeted improvement plans.
• Collaborate with global quality and research teams to ensure alignment and consistency in interpreting quality metrics.
• Partner with various collaborators to identify client problems and give to the ongoing refinement of quality frameworks.
• Support the development, review, and improvement of data-driven quality metrics and benchmarks specific to World-Check/EDD content.
• Provide insights and reporting to key collaborators, enabling insight into quality health and research efficiency.
• Improve quality and efficiency improvements through data-informed recommendations.
• Lead knowledge sharing and training initiatives based on insights from data analysis.
• Provide support to knowledge building and sharing within the Content Integrity team.
• Strong analytical approach with proficiency in data interpretation, trend analysis, and visual presentation of quality metrics.
• Validated understanding of products and screening research processes and quality frameworks.
• Familiarity with tools for data analysis and reporting (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms).
• Knowledge about World-Check products (Data File, World-Check One) would be an advantage.
• Ability to distill sophisticated data into concise, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate across functional teams.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to quality challenges.
• Ability to work independently and balance multiple tasks with attention to detail.
