As the Freight Sales Manager, you will develop territory sales strategies and be responsible for attracting new customers. This position drives key results for the B2B department that includes profit and revenue growth. Main focus will be driving LTL, palletized revenue. You will identify new businesses in freight sales, follow up on potential sales opportunities, manage lead qualification, and convert prospect leads into accounts. You will also execute sales strategies, conduct customer visits, and prepare proposals. The role involves customer development, market insights, stakeholder management, and operational solutioning, requiring strong solutioning capabilities and project management governance.

- Ability to speak Mandarin due to business requirements.
Must Have:- Experience in sales, preferably in domestic/transportation/freight forwarding.
