Job Description

Attio is seeking an Account Executive to redefine CRM for the AI era. The sales team is solution-oriented, customer-focused, and strategic. The role involves driving new customer acquisition and revenue growth while delivering an excellent customer experience and informing product development with user feedback. The ideal candidate will be curious, driven, and focused on delivering value. Responsibilities include closing deals for a technical SaaS product and consistently exceeding sales targets through a rigorous sales process. The company also values team-building and fostering success in others, with exceptional written communication skills being a key requirement.

We’re looking for an Account Executive who’s curious, driven, and laser-focused on delivering value — and wants to help reinvent how millions of people work.

What you'll do

  • Drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth

  • Deliver an incredible customer experience while helping inform Attio’s product roadmap based on user feedback

What you'll bring

  • 2+ years of sales closing experience with a technical SaaS product

  • Strong critical thinking and an aptitude for helping customers solve ambiguous problems

  • Consistent outperformance to sales targets driven by a rigorous sales process

  • Experience and interest in team-building and helping others be more successful

  • Exceptional written communication

Salary range

  • New York or San Francisco: $175,000 - 225,000

  • London: Salary will be discussed during the interview process

What does the hiring process look like?

  1. Introductory phone call ~ 30 minutes

  2. Hiring Manager Interview ~ 30 minutes

  3. Exercise ~ Take home + 45 minute discussion

  4. Final Round ~ 4 x 30 minute interviews

  5. Offer stage
