Job Description

Saxo Banque is seeking a CRM Manager to lead the development and execution of strategies aimed at enhancing customer engagement, retention, and loyalty across all digital touchpoints. The role involves being the voice behind client communications, architecting customer journeys, and creating resonant campaigns. Responsibilities include designing and implementing strategies to improve customer engagement on web platforms and mobile apps, planning and optimizing digital campaigns for cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, applying a persona-based approach with a consistent brand voice, utilizing analytics tools to track customer behavior, interpreting data for trends and opportunities, creating timely and relevant content, and applying CRM best practices for personalization, satisfaction, and customer lifetime value.
Must have:
  • 3-5 years of experience in CRM or digital marketing
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and campaign management platforms
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French

In this role, you’ll lead the development and execution of strategies that enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty across all digital touchpoints. You’ll be the voice behind our client communications, the architect of their journey, and the creative force behind campaigns that resonate. You will be based at our office in Paris.

Responsibilities

As our new CRM Manager, you will design and implement strategies to elevate customer engagement across our web platforms and mobile apps. Additionally, you’ll plan, execute, and continuously optimize targeted digital campaigns that drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities with existing clients.

Further responsibilities include:

  • Applying a persona-based approach while maintaining a consistent brand voice

  • Using analytics tools to track customer behavior and interactions

  • Interpreting data to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and inform communication strategies

  • Creating and managing timely, relevant, and actionable content

  • Applying CRM best practices to personalize messaging, enhance satisfaction, and increase customer lifetime value

Your Profile

You bring a sharp eye for detail and a customer-first mindset, paired with a strong commitment to operational excellence. You also thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working cross-functionally with teams across Product, Sales, and Support.

In addition, we’re looking for:

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in CRM or digital marketing

  • Proficiency with CRM systems and campaign management platforms

  • Strong analytical skills, including experience with A/B testing, segmentation, and performance dashboards

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French
