The DACH Marketing Manager will be part of the demand team, collaborating with sales and the wider marketing organization to plan and execute integrated demand programs aimed at driving pipeline growth in DACH and Europe. This includes the execution of demand generation tactics. Key responsibilities involve executing a growth integrated marketing plan aligned with business goals, maintaining communication with sales and marketing teams for campaign alignment, assisting with event logistics and ensuring sales and marketing integration, utilizing Salesforce for ROI analysis of marketing activities, monitoring lead development, and continuously measuring and adjusting campaign effectiveness based on metrics like lead generation, conversion ratios, and campaign ROI. Proven experience in demand generation planning, prioritization, and execution is required.
Must have:
  • 8+ years B2B technology marketing experience
  • Demand generation marketing
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Pardot
  • Fluent German

Job Description:

The DACH Marketing Manager will be part of the demand team working closely with sales, the DACH team and the winder marketing organisation to plan and execute integrated demand programs that will drive pipeline growth in DACH and Europe –it will include the execution of demand generation tactics.

Key responsibilities

  • Execute a growth integrated marketing plan that aligns with business goals and targets
  • Communicate regularly with sales and the wider marketing team to ensure alignment as well as proper adoption, understanding and integration of marketing campaigns and programs.
  • Assist with details and logistics with events, industry conferences and seminars. Ensure sales and marketing alignment with the event objectives and improve pull strategies, leads and post event follow-up.
  • Utilise Salesforce to review ROI on each marketing activity including analysis of events, campaigns.
  • Monitor lead queues and lead development to ensure we have adequate quantity and progress necessary to achieve goals/objectives.
  • Continuously measure, manage and appropriately adjust campaign effectiveness: lead generation performance, lead conversion ratios, sales cycle conversions, campaign ROI.
  • Proven experience carrying out demand generation efforts, including planning, prioritizing, and execution

Education and experience required:

  • 8+ years B2B technology marketing experience
  • Demand generation marketing
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Pardot is essential
  • Fluent German essential

Other skills

  • DACH and European marketing experience in the B2B industry
  • Develop and deliver tactics for inbound and outbound multi-channel campaigns including events, trade shows, direct mail, email marketing, webinars, social, display advertising, etc.
  • Experience of working with field sales and partners to plan and implement local marketing activities.
  • Working knowledge of marketing processes especially lead generation activities through successful campaign execution
  • Personable, presentable and articulate.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively manage projects resulting in on-time, high-quality deliverables, within budget in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience partnering with a sales team
