Sprinklr is seeking an Inside Sales Account Executive for their Mid-Market team. The role involves strategically prospecting into new accounts and expanding usage within existing customers to ensure they gain value from the Sprinklr Platform. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and closing deals in a defined territory, meeting sales objectives, and collaborating with teams like Sales Specialists and Solution Consultants. This position requires a demonstrable track record in new business pipeline generation, ideally over the telephone within a Mid-Market/Commercial capacity. The ideal candidate will be customer-obsessed, fearless, passionate about helping others succeed, and possess strong relationship-building skills. Continuous learning and curiosity are essential to stay ahead in this fast-moving industry.
Must have:
  • 2+ years of full cycle software sales experience
  • Top 10% performer in current role

Job Description

Our new Mid-Market team is on a mission to be the best sales team there is. Every team member of this inside sales team is passionate about customer experience (CXM) and showing enterprise organizations how it can impact their business for the best when they have the right infrastructure.   

   

This team will be responsible for strategically prospecting into new accounts, expanding usage within existing customer base, and ensuring these customers continue to get value from the Sprinklr Platform. 

 

The candidate will be an individual with a demonstrable track record in new business pipeline generation ideally over the telephone within a Mid-Market/Commercial capacityThey will collaborate with their team of Sales Specialists, Solution Consultants, Renewal Sales and more to exceed quota and build the future of Sprinklr sales talent. 

 

What You’ll Do 

  • You will be identifying, negotiating, and closing deals in a defined territory. You’ll meet or exceed Monthly, Quarterly and Annual sales objectives. You will be working with CMOs and CTOs of some of the best brands in the world. You will be working with them to build solutions that allow them to win. We are customer obsessed. 

  • You will be called upon to utilize superior sales skills to develop sales opportunities and identify the necessary decision-makers with influential contacts within Mid-Market, and Commercial Accounts.  We believe it is OK, be fearless. 

  • Focus on understanding an organization’s business drivers, challenges, pain points and how Sprinklr solutions map to these. You will be able to build relationships with multiple stakeholders and influence them in a positive wayHelping others succeed makes us happy. 

  • Strategically prospect within key verticals to develop new opportunities and pipeline. We passionately, genuinely care.   

  • Collaborate with an extended team and coordinate resources necessary to further sales cycle such as Solution Consultants, Customer Success, Renewals Sales, Partners etc. 

  • Provide timely and accurate information to management such as forecasting, territory plans, strategic account plans, etc. 

  • Working towards daily, monthly & quarterly KPI metrics such as new prospect meetings, pipeline generation, ARR bookings and Renewal Rates. 

  • Mentor team members and work on collaborative projects to help bring value to the team. 

  • Occasional travel for training and/or meetings may be required.

Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified  

  • You’ve got 2+ years of full cycle software sales experience, meaning you’ve experienced the full range of obstacles when behind the wheel of creating complex SaaS dealsWe are customer obsessed. 

  • You are one of the top 10% of the salespeople in your current company/divisionYou have a track record of being one of the best within telesales, lead follow-up, cold calling or new business sales capacity. You are someone who pursues your passions with energy and commitmentWe never, ever give up.  

  • You are incredibly smart (we are in a very fast-moving industry and you have to be nimble of mind to keep up) and have a work ethic second to none.  Every human has the potential to be amazingKeep learning. AND we are coachable.
