Account Manager Sleep & Respiratory Care – Central Spain
Job Description
In the role of Account Manager, you are responsible for establishing new customers and partnerships, as well as for the long-term care and development of the assigned customers in the assigned area. Mainly you are responsible to develop Sleep & Respiratory Care (S&RC) activities in the Central of Spain (Madrid, Extremadura, Castilla La Mancha, Castilla Leon).
Your role:
- Developing, maintaining and improving relations with existing and potential customers in the assigned district/area.
- Developing clinical activities to promote Sleep respiratory products with KOLs in the region
- Presenting and explaining the local product portfolio and supports the national promotion & marketing strategy.
- Creating the yearly sales plan, with the help of sales management, to set targets and to plan actions and MarCom deliverables.
- Creating, together with the internal order desk, of optimal offers to the accounts. Initiating customer tailored sales actions and supporting national sales actions.
- Monitoring the quality of the realization of the actions, improves contact between the internal service and the customers to get a good result of the actions.
- Reporting regularly on sales results and expectations, market and competition and trends to inform you about the situation.
- Managing S&RC activity in the assigned territory
You are a part of
As an Account manager you are part of Iberia Sleep & Respiratory Care team, within South Europe Philips commercial team. In this role you will report to Sales Leader Sleep & Respiratory Care Iberia.
You're the right fit if you have:
- A clinical profile and experience in account management, sales activity or project management
- Minimum 3 years in similar position
- Home respiratory field, or respiratory background (target in Pneumologist, Pediatricians, Intensive Care units or emergency rooms)
- Negotiation, contracting and problem-solving skills to develop the account
- Experience working with large matrix teams both internal and externally
- Knowledge of local market environments, reimbursement models, public tenders and local challenges and regulations
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and in English languages
- Clean driver’s license
- The availability to travel
