Job Description

The Strategic Territory Inside Sales Representative (STSR) is responsible for creating and expanding new business for assigned accounts. The STSR has annual sales targets and is required to achieve them quarterly. This role belongs to the "Strategic Territory" organization, which focuses on new business development. The STSR reports to the STSR manager and collaborates with internal departments such as customer success, technical sales, client services, and marketing through sales activities. They also work with business partners to maximize business results from assigned accounts. In addition to creating new projects, including upsells/cross-sells and add-ons, the role involves continuous communication with assigned accounts to generate new business opportunities.
Must have:
  • Account-based sales experience (3+ years).
  • Understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
  • Experience in planning and executing sales strategies.
Good to have:
  • Experience negotiating with account executives.
  • Experience using sales tools like Salesforce.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products

 この職種は、新規ビジネス開拓を主目的とした「Strategic Territory」組織に属しています。STSRはSTSRマネージャーにレポートラインを持ち、営業活動を通じて、カスタマーサクセス、テクニカルセールス、クライアントサービス、マーケティングなどの社内関連部門と連携します。また、ビジネスパートナーとも協業しながら、アサインされたアカウントから最大限のビジネス成果を生み出すことが求められます。Upsell/Cross-sellAdd-on(追加提案)を含む新規案件の創出に加え、担当アカウント全体に対して継続的なコミュニケーションを図ることで、新たなビジネスチャンスを生み出します。

職務内容

  • 担当アカウント内の意思決定者やキーパーソンを特定する

  • 特にアカウント上層部との接点を構築し、関係を深める

  • キーパーソンから経営課題や業務上の問題をヒアリングし、課題解決型のソリューション提案を行う

  • テクニカルセールスやパートナーと連携し、より良い提案書を作成する

  • 提案書をもとにアカウント上層部へプレゼンテーションを行い、オートデスクのバリューを提示しながら交渉を行う

  • ライセンス管理者に限らず、アカウント上層部へのアプローチ・交渉を行う

  • 大型案件を創出するため、アカウントベースでの営業活動を実施する

  • マーケティング活動から創出されたリードを活用し、アカウント内のキーパーソンにアプローチする

  • Account Based Sales & Marketing(1on1/1 to Few)を活用し、アカウント課題や戦略を理解し、新たな提案を実行する

  • マーケティング主導のAutodeskイベントへの招待と参加促進を行う

  • より効果的なアプローチのため、セールストークを自ら開拓し、成功事例を他メンバーと共有する

  • STSRマネージャーへの報告(Daily/Weekly)を実施し、密な連携を取る

  • 四半期ごとの営業フォーキャストを立て、確実に達成できる営業計画を作成・実行する

  • オンライン会議、訪問、電話、Emailを駆使し効率的かつ効果的な営業活動を行う。

  • 担当アカウントへの信頼獲得のため、アカウントプランを作成し、他部門からのフィードバックを反映しながら実行に移す

  • アカウントの課題・アクションプランを明確化し、レビューと改善を継続的に行うことで案件創出を図る

  • ターゲットを上回る成果を達成するための営業戦略・営業計画を企画・実行・検証する

  • 社内の関連部署と密に連携し、新規ビジネスの拡大を図る

応募資格

  • アカウントベースの営業経験(3年以上)

  • 営業プロセスおよび営業手法(例:TAS、Value Selling、Solution Sellingなど)の理解と説明ができる

  • 自ら営業戦略・計画を立案・実行した経験を有する

  • 四半期ごとの営業フォーキャストを提出し、結果を出してきた実績がある

  • 優れたコミュニケーション能力を持ち、社内外から信頼を得られる方

  • アカウントの上層部と折衝・提案活動を行った経験がある

  • Salesforce、OutReach、Consensusなどの営業ツールの利用に積極的な方

  • Excel、PowerPointなどMicrosoft製品の使用経験

  • 高い責任感を持ち、課題に対して主体的に取り組める方

  • 複雑な問題解決力および変化への柔軟な対応力

  • 高いモチベーションを持ち、自律的に行動できる方

  • 継続的に学習し、自己成長を志向する方
