Job Summary
Job Description
This role involves planning and executing video projects utilizing Smilegate's IPs, focusing on enhancing game IPs and marketing. Responsibilities include securing domestic and international video production partners and creators; planning video content (dramas, films, animations) to expand game stories, characters, and worldviews; developing new IPs through collaboration with established and emerging creators; sourcing potential IPs domestically and internationally; and managing partnerships with production companies and creators, including negotiation and communication. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in IP-related projects, strong Japanese language skills, and proven success in IP sourcing, planning, and video production.
Must have:
- IP sourcing, planning, and video project execution experience
- Excellent MS Office skills (PPT, Word, Excel)
- Fluent Japanese (negotiation, meeting leadership, contract drafting)
- 7+ years of experience in IP-related business (video platforms, production companies, investment/distribution companies)
- Game IP-based video content planning
Good to have:
- Game and animation knowledge
- Experience with Japanese animation projects
- Experience in research, strategic planning, and business management

1. 자사 IP 활용 영상화 기획
: 자사 게임 IP 강화 및 마케팅을 위한 영상화 프로젝트 주도
: 국내외 우수 영상 제작 파트너사, 크리에이터 확보
: 게임 스토리, 캐릭터, 세계관 확장을 위한 영상물(드라마/영화/애니메이션 등) 기획
2. 신규 IP 개발 및 기획
: 기성/신진 크리에이터와 협업 통한 오리지널 IP 기획 개발
: 국내외 외부 잠재적 우량 IP 발굴 및 소싱
3. 제작사, 크리에이터 등 파트너 관리
: 대외 계약 조건 협상 및 커뮤니케이션 주도
자격요건
1. 본인 주도의 IP 소싱, 기획 및 영상화 프로젝트 진행 유경험자
2. PPT, Word, Excel 등 MS Office 활용한 문서 작성 능력 우수자
3. 일본어 능력 우수 (일본 파트너사 대상 협상 및 회의 주도, 계약서 작성 가능 수준)
4. 7년이상의 IP 관련 사업 근무경력 (영상 플랫폼, 제작사, 투자배급사 등)

: 게임에 대한 이해도를 기반으로 높은 품질의 영상 콘텐츠 기획
: 게임화/영상화가 동시 가능한 IP 신규 개발

: 드라마, 영화, 애니메이션 등 국내외 우수 제작사, 크리에이터 확보가 가능한 네트워크 역량
: 신진 우수 크리에이터 발굴 및 공동 업무 추진 능력
: 파트너사와의 유연한 커뮤니케이션

- 게임 및 애니메이션 관련 이해도 上
- 일본 애니메이션 프로젝트 관련 경험자
- 리서치, 전략기획, 사업관리 등의 직무수행 경험
